SASHA NONAS-BARNES

Sasha is an over 10-year veteran in the entertainment industry, specializing in development and production. He started his career the way many industry professionals do, working on sets until he got tired of it and moved into development.

Sasha quickly rose to Head of Development at Ineffable Pictures, where he worked on the Netflix film LATE BLOOMER and set up and sold projects to Millennium Films, Silver Pictures, UCP, and Fox, among others. In recent years, when he’s not running Dark Matter Entertainment he’s consulting with writers looking to improve their scripts for sales.

Sasha graduated from Washington University in St. Louis, but grew up in New York City.
